A conversation series with our esteemed residents and Gamuda Land.
An elegant design has been brought to life with meticulous craftmanship from one of Australia’s leading names in construction. Experience larger residences, panoramic views and a suite of luxury amenity at a premier Melbourne address.
Have you worked with Gamuda before?
Crema has a long history in Melbourne. Three generations on, we continue to be a family owned and operated company with a history in property and construction spanning close on 70 years! We take personal pride in our work and build for many lifetimes. This was a good fit with Gamuda.
What made you decide to be involved in this project?
661 Chapel has allowed us to showcase our abilities as a high-end construction group. To create a building of this calibre in the heart of South Yarra has been fulfilling for our build teams. We used some exceptional finishes and fittings across the building, and it was very rewarding to watch it come to life.
What do you think buyers will be attracted to?
From a builder’s point of view you can’t go past the outstanding quality and enduring design style. It required a skilled level of craftsmanship behind the scenes that may not be obvious but is there never-the-less. On an obvious level the buyers will love the views and the chance to live at such a great South Yarra address.
If you were to recommend 661 Chapel to a friend…
Many developers compromise space for views or vice versa. These apartments have both and the detail that has gone into the interior fit-outs sets them apart. With the building already complete, I’d be recommending that they make an appointment and go and see it for themselves!
